We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Level 2 professional to handle escalated IT issues and provide advanced troubleshooting. If you have a strong technical background and problem-solving skills, we want you on our team!

  • Handle escalated issues from Level 1 support, providing advanced troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose software, hardware, and network problems and implement fixes.
  • Configure and support workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Assist in software deployments, updates, and patch management.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to common IT issues and solutions.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Windows/Linux/Mac environments.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote desktop tools.
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi)
